Midnight Smoker BBQ officially opened at NewBo City Market in October of 2022. The restaurant is owned and operated by Greg Stoll. Greg and his family have been co-hosting neighborhood BBQs with their friends for around 20 years, trying out different recipes and styles, and now he's finally brought some of his recipes to NewBo City Market!

Some of the fan favorites includes the pulled pork, and what they have been told, the "best brisket around here."

Midnight Smoker BBQ offers a variety of sides such as Potato Salad and Coleslaw, with more options to come.
