Beginning September 29th, the Market will host “Oktoberfest Week”, a week-long celebration featuring five unique and exciting events, all accompanied by Iowa Brewing Company’s Iowa Fest beer.
Masks will be strongly encouraged at each event and social-distancing will be of utmost importance. All proceeds will go directly to supporting the Market and its mission as a small business incubator.

Dinner Celebration
On Wednesday, September 29th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., we kick off the week of festivities witha delicious meal provided by NewBo City Market Shopkeepers. From traditional to new-age german-style dishes, this meal is sure to make your mouth water. With purchase, each guest will enjoy a meal and a festive beer, or non-alcoholic beverage of their choice.
Beer Trivia Night
On Thursday, September 30th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Market will host a free trivia night! Bring your team and test your beer knowledge to win prizes!

On Friday, October 1st from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., taste and learn about a variety of beer styles from the local brewing specialists at Iowa Brewing Company! This class includes beer samples and a complimentary beverage from NewBo Beer and Wine.
NewBo Oktoberfest
On Saturday, October 2nd from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. join NewBo City Market and Iowa Brewing Company for a FREE family-friendly Oktoberfest day full of giant yard games and traditional Oktoberfest games on the Market yard, live music, and beer. NewBo Beer and Wine will be serving up IBC’s Oktoberfest beer, Iowa Fest.
